Feather Banners

Step 1: Remove all parts from the case.

Step 2: Select the location for the banner display on dirt or grass. Press the sharp end of the Spike Base firmly into the ground.

Step 3: Assemble Bottom Pole w/Shock Cord. Place the base of the Top Pole firmly into the opening on the top end of the assembled Bottom Pole.

Step 4: Set the Cap end of the Top Pole into the bottom of the Flying Banner. Slowly feed the Pole into the Banner until the End shows through the top end. Guide the Cover into the reinforced area at the top end of the Feather Flag and be sure that the pole is all the way in.

Step 5: Pull on the Pull Cords at the bottom of the Feather Flag. The top of the Shaft will bend as the Flag is pulled into position. Tie the Pull Cords tightly to the Flag Securing Clip near the bottom of the Assembled Pole. Loosen the thumb screw on the Banner Tie–Down Clip and slide the Clip accordingly to get just the right tension on the banner.

Step 6: Slide the base of the Lower Shaft onto the Locking Shaft on the Spike Base. Exert pressure downward until snug. Slide the Locking Ring downward and turn slightly to lock in position, noticing the small grooves and channels that prevent the Locking Ring from moving when not aligned properly.
