Assembly is Easy

 

How to Assemble the Deluxe Interest–Grabbing Feather Banner With Cross Base

 

Simply follow the steps listed and your banner flag will be on display in no time.

 

Step 1: Remove all parts from the case.

 

Step 2: Choose the area for the feather flag sign display on a flat area of ground or flooring, and spread the stand to set the Cross Base in place. For usage outside, fill the Ballast Bag with water, and place over the Cross Footer.

 

Step 3: Put together Bottom Pole w/Shock Cord. Set the base of the Top Pole firmly into the opening on the top side of the completed Bottom Pole.

 

Step 4: Set the Cover end of the Top Pole into the lower part of the Flying Banner. Gently feed the shaft into the Flag until the End shows through the top side. Guide the Cover into the double–stitched area at the top end of the Flying Banner and be sure that it is completely in.

 

Step 5: Pull on the Pull Cords at the bottom of the Flying Banner. The top of the Shaft will bend as the Banner is moved into position. Tie the Pull Cords tightly to the Banner Tie–Down Clip near the bottom of the Completed Shaft. Loosen the thumb screw on the Flag Tie–Down Clip and move the Clip up or down to adjust tension on the flag.

 

Step 6: When the Locking Ring is set in the upward position, place the bottom of the Bottom Pole over the Locking Shaft on the Spike Footer. Push on it until snug. Push the Locking Ring downward and rotate a little to secure in place, looking at the small notches and slots that keep the Locking Ring from moving when not lined up correctly.

 

Using the Spike Base, model is just as easy.

 

Here's How to Install the Deluxe Attention Grabber Flag with Spike Footer

 

Step 1: Take all parts out of the bag.

 

Step 2: Select the location for the banner display on dirt or grass. Press the sharp end of the Spike Base firmly into the ground.

 

Step 3: Assemble Bottom Pole w/Shock Cord. Set the base of the Top Pole securely into the hole on the top end of the completed Bottom Pole.

 

Step 4: Set the Cap end of the Top Pole into the lower part of the Feather Flag Banner. Slowly slide the shaft into the Flag until the Cap shows through the top end. Move the Cover into the reinforced area at the top end of the Flying Banner and be sure that the pole is completely inserted.

 

Step 5: Pull on the Pull Strings at the bottom of the Feather Flag. The top of the Pole will bend as the Banner is pulled into place. Tie the Pull Cords securely to the Banner Securing Clip near the bottom of the Completed Shaft. Loosen the thumb screw on the Banner Securing Clip and slide the Clip up or down to get just the right tension on the flag.

 

Step 6: Push the bottom of the Bottom Pole onto the Locking Shaft on the Spike Footer. Press down until secure. Push the Locking Ring down and rotate slightly to secure in position, noticing the tiny grooves and channels that keep the Locking Ring from moving when not aligned correctly.
