Step 5: Slide the Pole Pockets of the Banner onto the Fiberglass Arms, and secure the Banner by {utilizing|using| the Zip-Tie to attach the Grommets in the Banner to the Rings. Complete the installation by sliding the finishing Caps onto the ends of the Fiberglass Arms.
