Levels

Economy grade — This quality finish is made to last up to three years outside. It will protect your sign from severe weather conditions. We coat all our signs with economy grade finish for free — it's always standard. Standard grade — Our high quality finish will last up to five years outside. This finish includes a clear dura—shield UV protective laminate that is also scratch resistant.

Premium grade — This premium finish is made to last six to eight years outdoors. This also includes our premium grade 3M UV protective laminate. We also offer reflective premium laminate.

How do I know which to choose?

That's up to you, but we always have sign specialists on hand to help you decide on vital sign elements, such as the finish you choose.

But there are certain weather conditions that generally call for higher grade finishes. If the ocean is close by, the salty air can wreak havoc on your sign. Extreme humidit can do the same, so you may want a high grade finish if your Charleston sign is always in the sun.

Is it worth it to opt for a high grade finish?
