The Premium Spring Arm Boulevard Banner features the stainless steel spring arm design, which bends up to 60-degrees to deflect the strongest winds, helping banners last longer. The spring action also significantly reduces wind load on street poles. Banner change out is super easy too. Just bend the rod, slip off the banner and slip on a new one.
